1. Consultation

2. Quotation and Works Proposal

Following our consultation we will come back to you with a detailed quotation that meets both your budget and your business production needs.

Because our quotes go one step further and include more than just the ‘technical’ elements you require, you can rest assured that when we come back to you with a quote we have designed it with your budget, delivery timelines, production goals and long term business growth in mind.

3. Sign Up

Once you are ready to go ahead with the manufacture of your new lifts (or Lift Service) all you have to do is call the office or your friendly TAG Lifts  Consultant and we will do the rest.

We will make a time with you to go over the paperwork and make sure you are happy with the manufacturing design, products and associated lead time and deliver schedule. Your Consultant will let you know if any further paperwork will be required and will also require the deposit to get your lifts Manufacture underway. (Note: Service jobs do not require deposit or payment until the work is completed to your 100% satisfaction)

4. Manufacture

Once your lifts has been accepted by Management and we have received all the relevant documents, your job will enter our system and be processed to meet with the strictest Australian National Standards for Parts, Manufacture and overall Safety.

Moving through the manufacturing process we will keep you updated on your jobs progress every step of the way.

As your lifts moves into the final stages of manufacture our technicians will contact you to determine whether there is any issues that need to be dealt with before installation can take place. He will also send you a detailed list of what needs to happen from your end to ensure that your delivery and installation of your equipment happens easily and runs smoothly without delay.

5. Delivery and Installation

One week prior to installation we will confirm with you the time and relevant details for your lifts delivery. Our installation crew will attend your site at the time we schedule and providing that all the required steps have been taken from your end, will complete your installation within 24 hours.

Your installation includes all mobile lifts and scissor lift hire and all installation processes are conducted in accordance with The Occupational Health and Safety Act AS1470-1986 Section 2 which means our company will ensure absolutely safety at ALL times.

On completion of your installation you will be given a lifts Acceptance Certificate stating the commencement date of the twelve month warranty period.
